いつもMinamoto Reelをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。3年前に最初のリールを発表して以来、皆様からの温かいご支援に支えられ、今日まで歩んでまいりました。皆様の信頼に応え、より一層真摯に作品作りに向き合わなければならないと、日々身の引き締まる思いでおります。
私たちが追求しているのは、「作品の完璧な仕上がり」と「お客様の満足」、この二点のみです。そのため、品質管理には極めて厳格な基準を設けており、完璧な品質を追求するにはどうしても相応の時間が必要となります。
当方のリールはすべて一つずつ手作業で製作しているため、生産数が非常に限られており、お届けまでに大変長いお時間をいただいております。これが私たちの現在の限界であり、まずはこの点について深くご理解いただけますと幸いです。
現在、大変ありがたいことに多くのご注文をいただいており、今後の待ち時間がさらに長期化することが予想されます。2026年6月以降のご注文分につきましては、納期が18ヶ月から24ヶ月となります。
また、当方では即納可能な在庫を一切保有しておりません。すぐに製品をお求めになりたい場合は、各地域の取扱店へお問い合わせいただくことを強くお勧めいたします。パートナーショップには在庫がある場合があり、直接のご購入やショップを通じてのご予約が可能です。そちらをご利用いただけますと幸いでございます。

Thank you so much for your continued support of Minamoto Reel. Since we introduced our first reel three years ago, we have come this far entirely thanks to your warm encouragement. Every day, the trust you place in us brings a deep sense of responsibility, reminding us to work with the utmost dedication to live up to that trust.
For us, everything revolves around two essential principles: the flawless perfection of our craftsmanship and the complete satisfaction of our customers. We maintain an incredibly strict standard of quality control, achieving this level of perfection naturally takes a significant amount of time.
Each of our reels is meticulously handcrafted one by one. Consequently, our production volume remains very limited, and our lead times are extended.This is a situation we cannot change and we kindly ask for your understanding.
With the steady increase in demand, waiting times will unfortunately become longer. For all new orders placed from June 2026 onwards, the estimated lead time will be between 18 and 24 months.
Please note that we do not carry any ready-to-ship inventory. Therefore, we highly recommend contacting our local regional partners. They frequently have stock available for immediate purchase or can secure a reservation for you through their allocations, if you do so,we would greatly appreciate.
If you choose to place an order directly on our website, please keep the following in mind:
Your order will be placed on our waitlist. The payment processed during checkout is a pre-authorization only. No actual charges will be applied to your account at this stage, and the pre-authorization will automatically expire after its validity period (typically about 15 business days). Once your order is received, your name will be added to our client list. We will send you a formal invoice for the actual payment only when your reel is completed and ready for shipment.

これは分割式のリールで、フレーム直径は3.8インチ(3 4/5")、スプール幅は1.27インチです。部品は100以上あり、使用されている材料には300シリーズのステンレス鋼、6061航空アルミニウム合金、C2801真鍮、マンガン鋼、ニッケルシルバー、およびドイツ製エボナイトが含まれています。

It has a 3 4/5" frame and a spool width of 1 5/32". It consists of over 100 parts, made from materials including 300 series stainless steel, 6061 aerospace aluminum alloy, C2801 brass, manganese steel, nickel silver, and German Ebonite.

We combine different materials to offer three distinct weights:

ドラグシステムと音  Drag System and Sound

私は伝統的なC&P原理に基づいて独自のデザインを考案しました、私たちは独自に二重構造のスプリングを備えたドラグシステムを開発し、サウンドと抵抗のバランスを強化しました、7段階のドラグ設定があり、さまざまな水域や魚種に対応可能です。ギア素材には真鍮を使用し、 歯止めは手作業で熱処理された工具鋼で作られています。スプリングは高強度マンガン鋼で製造されており、全体のシステムは手作業で調整と研磨が施されています、その音色は心地よく澄んでおり、ドラグも確実で理知的です。

We have developed a unique design based on traditional C&P drag, which have dual-layer springs, enhancing the balance between sound and resistance.The drag system features 7 resistance settings to accommodate various water conditions and fish species. The gear material is brass, the pawl is heat treated tool steel. The spring is constructed from high-strength manganese steel, and the entire system is finely tuned and polished by hand, producing a pleasant and elegant sound with firm and rational resistance.

メンテナンスとカスタマイズ  Maintenance and Customization

分解可能な構造のおかげで、このリールの部品は再研磨可能です（陽極酸化された部品を除く）。特別に製作された研磨工具を無料で提供し、一部の部品と組み合わせることで独自のクランプが形成され、ほぼすべての外観部品の修復が可能です。適切なチャックを備えた小型回転装置さえあれば、どなたでも簡単にリールを元の状態に戻すことができます。リールは簡単に方向転換でき、メンテナンスも非常に簡単です。私たちはその使い方についての説明書を作成いたします。また、お客様が改造をご希望の場合、一部外観部品の原図も提供いたします。

Base on its detachable design, some parts can be re-polished (excluding anodized components). We will provide specially crafted tools for free, which can create unique fixtures when combined with specific components to repair nearly all exterior parts. With a small rotary device equipped with the appropriate chuck, anyone can easily polish these parts and restore the reel to its original condition.The reel can be effortlessly changed in direction and maintained without any difficulty, we will create instructional documentation to assist with this. Additionally, if you have modification needs, we are happy to provide original blueprints for certain exterior parts.

2025年に正式な価格を発表し、まずお得意様や友人を優先して制作いたします。その他のお客様には、お問い合わせいただいた順番で納品いたします（待機リストは変更される可能性があります）。納品時期については予測が難しいため、何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

すべてのリールは横浜で製作され、そこから発送されます。また、提携パートナーを通じて私たちの作品をご覧いただき、ご予約いただくことも可能です。ご予約をいただいたすべてのお客様とは、リールの配色やパーツ構成についてメールでご相談させていただきます。さらに、当社のすべてのリールには無条件の生涯保証が付いています。通常の使用において部品が破損した場合は、無償で修理·復元いたします。

We will announce the official pricing in June 2025. After the launch, we will prioritize production for our existing customers and friends. Other customers will be served on a "first come, first served" basis.(the waiting list may change).We regret that we are unable to provide an exact delivery timeframe at this time, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

All of our reels are completed and shipped from Yokohama, Japan.You can also see our work through our trusted partners and place your order through them.We communicate directly with every customer by email to discuss color schemes and component configurations.In addition, every reel we make is covered by an unconditional lifetime warranty.Under normal use, any accidental damage to parts will be repaired and restored free of charge.
